Who is the program for?
This is appropriate for any player playing soccer at an 11v11 level. This is an educational product to give you ideas on how to train yourself in your off season.
Can I do this If I am In-Season?
Of course! As this is an informational product and not a prescription, you can use the exercises and apply them to your situation. Start with 30-50% of the work and see how you feel during your games. If you feel good and can handle more, go for it!
What is your cancellation policy?
When you sign up, you have 7 days risk free to train before you pay. After 7 days, you will be charged monthly. Cancel anytime by contacting us right here at Frankb.Performance@gmail.com
I've never been in a gym before, is this right for me?
Don't worry about a thing! Start slow and always make sure you leave some in the tank. There are videos showing each and every exercise in the program so you will never feel lost!
What equipment do I need?
It depends on what program you choose. If you choose a "Home Gym" option, all you need is your body, and something to add some load when the bodyweight exercises get too easy. For example, you can use milk jugs, backpacks with books, or even towels to create resistance!
How do I get access to the app?
Once you create an account and purchase the program, you will be redirected to a page with instructions on how to download and sign in to the app. As always, any questions at all do not hesitate to reach out!
